It’s time to take care of yourself. For this occasion, we have created a healthy and delicious menu. Our chef, Annette Schroeder, will teach you 4 recipes that we’ll cook together and, of course, pair with the best wines selected for each recipe.

 

The activity includes: Cooking/Pairing Workshop: 4 dishes + 4 wines.

 

Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Date: May 16, 2024.

 

Schedule:

  • Afternoon at 6:30 pm.

 

The menu we will cook will be as follows:

 

  • Fat-free broth with a garnish of green leaves.

A good broth should be cooked slowly. We will learn how to extract all the nutrients and flavors from each ingredient and then clarify it to obtain a delicious, clean, and fat-free broth.
