Seasonal pairing: Sourdough bread

Bread and wine are part of our history and our everyday life around the table. Come knead your own bread and learn various ways to enjoy it. Each of our breads is made using a different technique, paired with a wine from our cellar.


Activity Includes: Cooking/Pairing Workshop: 4 dishes + 4 wines.

Duration: 2.5 hours.

The menu to be cooked will be as follows:

  • Mediterranean Focaccia. Topped with olives, blue cheese and honey, or cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

  • Cuttlefish Ink Bread. Cuttlefish ink gives the dough an intense black color while adding unique flavors and textures. Accompanied by sautéed cuttlefish, avocado, and chives.

  • English Muffins. Served with plum compote.

  • Steamed Bao Buns. Filled with char siu in a sweet Chinese 5-spice sauce, miso, and rice wine, garnished with cucumber, coriander, and shoots.
