Seasonal appetizers paired with the finest wine. Come and refresh your repertoire of appetizers to share this spring with friends. We have a variety of fresh, original, and seasonal appetizers. Our chef, Annette Schroeder, will teach you 4 recipes that we’ll cook together and, of course, pair with the best wines selected for each recipe.


The activity includes: Cooking/Pairing Workshop: 4 dishes + 4 wines.

The menu we will cook will be as follows:


  • Strawberry and fennel gazpacho.

Maresme strawberries and fennel from our fields. A healthy and surprising combination. This gazpacho will be a hit at your gatherings with friends.

  • Tuna tartare with mango and chives on a base of wild rice.

Dare to create with us a sweet and sour fusion. An explosion of flavors accompanied by the wine that enhances it the best.

We’ll make our own choux pastry, and while baking it, we’ll prepare the filling, a pesto made with sun-dried tomatoes.
