57% Pansa Blanca – 43% White Grenache
Organic white wine for laying down. Harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins. Gentle pressing to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. Fermentation is carried out in new oak barrels for three weeks (each grape variety separately) and is followed by 3 months’ aging on the lees..
Brilliant yellow with golden overtones.
On the nose
Aromatic maturity with a subtle touch of aging. Aromas of mature, sweet white fruit with gentle hints of vanilla and butter.
On the palate
Forthright on entry, big on the palate with a long-lasting aftertaste. Nicely-balanced acidity. Ripe fruit flavors combined with an oaky flavor.
Food pairing recommendations
This wine goes very well with fine food, seafood, mushroom risotto, fish, cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
Best served between 10 and 12º C
