51% Pansa Blanca – 49% White Grenache
Organic white wine made by modern methods. Harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins. Gentle pressing to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. Temperature controlled fermentation at 15º C in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, with each grape variety fermented separately
Aging on the lees for 3 months with “batonage” (stirring of the lees).
Bright straw yellow with typical green highlights.
On the nose
Fresh aromas of flowers, white fruits with a soft citrus fragrance.
On the palate
Soft upon entry to the palate, followed by fruity flavors and fresh, nicely-balanced acidity. Smooth and silky. Long finish with long lasting “terroir” flavours. The wine shows Mediterranean character in its purest form.

Pasta, fish and white meat.
Best served between 10 and 12º C
