Organic red wine from sea and mountain vineyards. Harvested by hand and transported in boxes of 18 kg after careful selection of the grapes in the vineyards. The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and undergo long maceration during which alcoholic fermentation occurs at 24-26º C. The must is then gently pressed and finally malo-lactic fermentation takes place. The wines are aged in French and Central European barrels for 12 months, followed by a further 6 months in bottle.
Rich color, purplish and bluish highlights.
On the nose
Ripe forest fruit with light balsamic and mineral aromas as well as spices and toast brought by aging.
On the palate
Soft and pleasant on entry to the palate. Marked yet well integrated acidity. Well built with touches of balsamic and forest fruit aromas. Liquorice, dark chocolate. Long-lasting aftertaste.
