100 % Pansa Rosada from individually selected vines.
Organically-produced wine. Grapes harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg crates. Carbonic maceration. 3 weeks alcoholic fermentation, brought on by the indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel vats with the temperature controlled at 15°C. Soft pressing with only the free-run juice used for the end wine.
Very pale golden-coloured wine with pinkgold tints and steely tones.
On the nose
Green apple-like fresh fruit aromas, along with the freshness of undergrowth and Mediterranean herbs such as fennel against a backdrop of aniseed with light touches of red fruit and mango.
On the palate
Soft and elegant on entry to the palate, with a creamy, silky texture and a pronounced yet smooth acidity. Metallic background with a pleasant acidic edge.
Serve between 10 º C and 12 º C
