Organic wine from old vines. Harvested by hand into 18 kg boxes with a careful selection of the grapes in the vineyards. After harvesting, the grapes are refrigerated in a special cold room. They are later de-stemmed and undergo a long maceration during which alcoholic fermentation occurs. They are then gently pressed and finally malolactic fermentation takes place.
Light garnet hue, pink on the rim and bluish tints.
On the nose
Quite intense, nice, fresh aromas of wild red fruit, wild strawberries, raspberries, plums, along with soft citrus hints of orange peel. A typical example of varietal character in the Mediterranean.
On the palate
Lively and light on the palate with fruity aromas, particularly red plum skins. Nice, straightforward and slightly warm finish.
Best served between 14ºC and 16º C
THIS WINE IS A LOVELY COMBINATION OF “PROXITY & EXPERIMENTATION”
