60% Pansa Blanca - 40% Chardonnay.
Organically produced wine. Harvesting carried out by hand in crates of 18 kg. Gentle pressing with only the free-run juice used. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks (each varietal separately). Traditional production method and a minimum of 15 months’ ageing. Disgorged by hand.
Pale yellow with characteristic green highlights. Fine bubbles.
On the nose
Dry, citrus aromas, ripe pineapple and yellow cherry. Mimosa blossom and pronounced aroma of orange leaves.
On the palate
Soft on entry, followed by fruity flavours. Citrusy tickling sensation throughout the palate with a grapefruit aftertaste.
