Green pruning is crucial for winemakers, as it allows them to control the growth of the vine and the quality of the grapes.<\/p>\n

What will you do?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

You will start the workshop with a theoretical training to learn about one of the most important jobs of the year that is done manually and carefully.<\/p>\n

Then you’ll go to the vineyard to learn how to remove the branches. You will put theory into practice directly in the vineyard.<\/p>\n

Finally, the activity is complemented with a delicious fork breakfast paired with our organic wines, with stunning views over the sea and the vineyard.<\/p>\n
