Sparkling white wine from Pansa blanca and Chardonnay, made with the traditional method and aged in the bottle. With a fine bubble that fills the mouth, it goes well with both starters and more elaborate dishes, for family meals or romantic dinners. It is a wine that tastes like Sunday.

Minimum order of 6 bottles of the same or different wines.
Wine made from organic vineyards. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes and a strict selection of grapes. The grapes are then refrigerated in a cold room for a few hours to obtain aromatic precursors. Then it is pressed gently using only the first must. Static mudslide. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks (each variety separately). And finally, the second fermentation is done in the bottle following the traditional method of production and a minimum of 18 months of aging with its lees with the subsequent manual disgorging without the addition of any liqueur.
Brut Nature sparkling white wine made with 66% Pansa Blanca and 33% Chardonnay. Production is limited, 3384bottles. The alcohol content is 11,5% vol
Look: it has a pale yellow color with characteristic greenish reflections. Fine bubble.
Nose: we find dry aromas of sand, toasted and citrus, ripe pineapple and yellow plum. Floral broom and mimosa, the smell of orange leaves stands out.
Taste: it is smooth at the beginning, evolving into fruity sensations. Citrus tickles run through every corner of your mouth, leaving a hint of grapefruit.
It pairs well with semi-cured and cured cheeses, Iberian ham, foie, paellas and fidueà. We recommend serving it between 7ºC and 9ºC
