Removing the vine shoots

We continue the work in the vineyard. These days it is time to remove the shoots generated during pruning in order to prevent the mildew fungus, that made us suffer so much last spring, from surviving throughout the winter. The aim is to obtain very healthy vineyards for this new cycle that we are starting.
