We keep on working in the Vall de Rials plantation, next to the Bosquet d’Alella. This week we have planted the new vineyard, with no less than 1.500 white currant strains.

So here we are, working on the new white currant plantation of Bouquet d’Alella in la Vall de Rials d’Alella. We use a deflow plow to clean up the sand and extract the ancient roots that may still exist. What do you think of this technique?

Pruning the vineyards
Today we are pruning the vineyards. We do it by hand with each one of the strains in the 14 hectares of vineyards that surround the winery. Quite a painstaking job, but also a must in order to welcome a new life cycle. The one that will begin next spring here at Bouquet d’Alella.
