We want to share some images of the pairing “Autumn & Wine” that we did in the winery last weekend. The autumn colours of the vineyard, the smell of fire, the chestnuts and “panellets” and our wines made a special combination. A beautiful autumn afternoon.

To make our prized PUR DOLÇ of white Grenache, we need the grapes to ripen in the vineyard. And so now that the grapes are starting to ripen, we need to keep the birds from eating the grapes by placing this mesh. This is a non-stop!!
Let’s start the harvest !!! The time we have been working all year, caring for the vineyards to get the best grapes for our wines. The first variety we enter the winery is the white Grenache from the Coll de Vendrans vineyard (Alella).
