Using seasonal ingredients, original dishes and organic wines, our chef Annette Schroeder will explain different recipes to cook and taste together.

The workshop consists of the preparation of 4 dishes and 1 dessert:

Chestnut and mushroom creamy soup with orange zest

Salmon loin with parmesan and chestnut crust

Duck breast with thyme and white pepper

Garnish of chestnut, pear and walnuts

Chia pudding in coconut milk with chestnut and chocolate cream

 

 

The activity includes:

  • Tasting of 3 Bouquet d’Alella wines (during the workshop and the meal).
  • 100% interactive workshop.
  • Cooking, tasting, and learning techniques and flavor combinations.
