Would you like to participate in a respectful pruning workshop and discover firsthand the winter work in the vineyard alongside our winemakers? Bouquet d’Alella offers you a unique way to start a Sunday.
We will begin the workshop with a theoretical session to learn more about one of the most important tasks of the year, carried out manually with great dedication. This moment is crucial for winemakers, as it allows them to control the growth of the vine and the quality of the grapes.
Next, you will take the scissors and, guided by our winemakers, learn how to carry out respectful pruning in practice. You will put theory into practice directly in the vineyard, surrounded by the spectacular views of Alella, the sea, and Barcelona.
Finally, the activity is complemented with a delicious fork breakfast among the vineyards, paired with our organic wines.
