Come and enjoy our wines and a delightful plan among friends. Together with our chef, take part in a seasonal cooking workshop (various options and menus available*), and then taste the dishes you’ve prepared paired with our wines.
The activity is completely interactive. At the beginning, participants will be welcomed with a glass of wine and some appetizers, while receiving an explanation about the ingredients and their characteristics, as well as details on the preparation of each dish. All ingredients will be ready for the mise en place and to start cooking under our chef’s guidance.
Once the cooking is finished, we’ll enjoy lunch together while savoring Bouquet d’Alella wines.
