Guided by our chef, you will learn how to prepare a selection of nutritious and aromatic soups, as well as soft and delicious breads designed to complement them. A culinary experience to enjoy, learn, and impress family and friends.

Join us for this special session dedicated to soups and breads, featuring a generous variety of recipes that warm both body and soul.

We are ready to welcome you into our kitchen and teach you how to cook dishes rich in flavor, textures, and contrasts, in a 100% hands-on workshop.

The menu we will work on during the session includes:

Red lentil curry soup with tomato and coconut milk
An explosion of color and flavor. A balance of sweet and sour with a gentle spicy note, softened by the creaminess of coconut milk and the full nutritional value of red lentils.

Pumpkin cream soup with caramelized pecans
Smooth and naturally sweet, with a crunchy and aromatic pecan contrast.

Oxtail soup
Rich, aromatic, warming, hearty, and deeply nourishing.

Caramelized onion and thyme scones
Perfect to accompany a soup or to enjoy at any time.

Steamed bao buns
Extra-soft buns, cooked in a bamboo steamer and ready in just a few minutes.
