Using seasonal ingredients, original dishes and organic wines, our chef Annette Schroeder will explain different recipes to cook and taste together.

The workshop consists of the preparation of 4 dishes and 1 dessert:

Strawberry and fennel gazpacho

Asparagus risotto and pumpkin seed pesto

Fish with black butter, capers and Dijon mustard

Profiteroles with parmesan filled with red pesto, almond and thyme.

White chocolate truffles

 

The activity includes:

  • Tasting of 3 Bouquet d’Alella wines (during the workshop and the meal).
  • 100% interactive workshop.
  • Cooking, tasting, and learning techniques and flavor combinations.
