Using seasonal ingredients, original dishes and organic wines, our chef Annette Schroeder will explain different recipes to cook and taste together.

The workshop consists of the preparation of 4 dishes and 1 dessert:

Prawns in Bloody Mary

Tuna tartare with mango and spring onion on rice

Double cooked ribs in paprika marinade

Roasted eggplant with three peppers, honey and cumin

Cold lemon mousse

 

 

The activity includes:

  • Tasting of 3 Bouquet d’Alella wines (during the workshop and the meal).
  • 100% interactive workshop.
  • Cooking, tasting, and learning techniques and flavor combinations.
