Using seasonal ingredients, original dishes and organic wines, our chef Annette Schroeder will explain different recipes to cook and taste together.

The workshop consists of the preparation of 4 dishes and 1 dessert:

Soupy rice with seafood

Sea bream baked in a salt crust

Papas arrugás cooked in seawater and roasted

Green mojo and red mojo sauces

Dark chocolate fondue with freshly made meringues and orange

 

 

The activity includes:

  • Tasting of 3 Bouquet d’Alella wines (during the workshop and the meal).
  • 100% interactive workshop.
  • Cooking, tasting, and learning techniques and flavor combinations.
