Located in a privileged setting, the Wine Bar allows guests to experience the landscape of Alella without crowds, at a relaxed pace and with the Mediterranean close by. It is the perfect place to pause, raise a glass and fully embrace the moment.
At the Wine Bar, guests can enjoy all the winery’s wines, available by the glass or by the bottle. From whites made with Pansa Blanca — the emblematic grape of DO Alella — to oak-aged reds and long-aged sparkling wines.
Limited and special editions, often difficult to find in shops or restaurants, are also available. A unique opportunity to discover the full expression of the Bouquet d’Alella project, glass by glass, in the very place where the wines are born.
Wine always goes hand in hand with good produce. For this reason, the Wine Bar offers a selection of cold appetizers and local products designed for sharing.
From anchovy-stuffed olives, pintxo Gilda and Cantabrian anchovies, to Catalan tomato bread or classic hummus. In the cured meats section, highlights include longaniza from Granja del Solsonès and Iberian acorn-fed ham aged for 36 months.
Catalan cheeses also play a key role. Guests can choose between a 2-cheese board or the full 4-cheese Catalan selection, always served with artisan jams, creating balanced and surprising pairings.
The Wine Bar is open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and operates by prior reservation to ensure a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The goal is to offer a quality experience where wine, territory and local identity take centre stage.
