Wine from organic farming. Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes and strict selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are cooled in a cold room for a few hours to obtain aromatic precursors. Soft pressing with the exclusive use of flower must, a static demist and an alcoholic fermentation with the vine’s own yeasts. at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless tanks for 3 weeks. Aging on its lees for 5 months doing battonage.
Still white wine made with the quintessential autochthonous variety of the area, 100% white raisins from the winery’s most emblematic vineyards, those of La Vall de Rials. Production is limited, 3120 bottles. And its alcoholic strength is 12.5% vol.
