Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes and a strict selection of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes are then placed on straw beds so that the grapes are dehydrated, once they have turned into raisins and we have a good concentration of sugars, we press them and let the alcoholic fermentation begin spontaneously with native yeast at 20ºC until it stops naturally (cold application) at the right time, finally goes into the barrel to be aged with the solera for two years and then at least a year with a bottle.
Sweet wine made of 100% Grenache blanc. Production is limited, 206 bottles. With an alcohol content of 15% vol ( about 80 gr/l).
