Green pruning is crucial for winemakers, as it allows them to control the growth of the vine and the quality of the grapes.
What will you do?
You will start the workshop with a theoretical training to learn about one of the most important jobs of the year that is done manually and carefully.
Then you’ll go to the vineyard to learn how to remove the branches. You will put theory into practice directly in the vineyard.
Finally, the activity is complemented with a delicious fork breakfast paired with our organic wines, with stunning views over the sea and the vineyard.
