Seasonal tastings

During these summer days, come and participate in a wine tasting to leisurely get to know them on the winery’s terrace. If you wish, you can also enjoy a tasting where we combine our wines with original gastronomic proposals. Immerse yourself differently in our territory.

We have two options for you:

• Option 1: Tasting of 4 wines of your choice. Price: €15.
• Option 2: Tasting of 4 wines + 4 dishes. Price: €40.

Our gastronomic proposal includes:

Cold cream of zucchini with orange, emulsified with olive oil and parsley – Bouquet d’Alella Pansa Blanca 2022

Black olive tapenade salad on beluga lentils, fennel and mint – Bouquet d’Alella Blanc+ 2022

Slice of Iberian sirloin with truffle salt on roasted cabbage with honey – Bouquet d’Alella Garnacha Negra 2023

Lemon mousse with sorbet and preserved lemon dessert – Bouquet d’Alella Plaer escumos
