Summer cocktail with bubbles

Ingredients

  • 280 grPlaer Escumós Bouquet d’Alella
  • 200 g strawberries from Maresme
  • 20 g fine sugar
  • 250g ice cubes

Elaboration:

  1. First, we cut the strawberries into small cubes and grind them until we obtain a puree.
  2. Secondly, add the sugar and stir to integrate it well for 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add the ice cubes and crush the entire mixture again for 10 more seconds so that the mixture has agranita texture.
  4. Finally, we serve the mixture in flute glasses until half full and finish filling to our liking with Plaer Escumós Bouquet de Alella!
