Ingredients
- 280 grPlaer Escumós Bouquet d’Alella
- 200 g strawberries from Maresme
- 20 g fine sugar
- 250g ice cubes
Elaboration:
- First, we cut the strawberries into small cubes and grind them until we obtain a puree.
- Secondly, add the sugar and stir to integrate it well for 2 minutes.
- Next, add the ice cubes and crush the entire mixture again for 10 more seconds so that the mixture has agranita texture.
- Finally, we serve the mixture in flute glasses until half full and finish filling to our liking with Plaer Escumós Bouquet de Alella!
