Working days at Can Bouquet

These are days of intense work in the winery, we have the new wines evolving in the barrels and tanks and it is time to decide what blends we use for each wine in the winery. We taste each and every one of the microvinifications (wines from young or old vineyards, sea or mountain wines, wines of more or less height…) to decide “the best recipe” for our wines.
