Let’s start pruning

These days we are doing important work in the vineyard such as pruning. It consists of cutting the shoots born last spring from each vine by hand using electric scissors. This work is done to rejuvenate the vineyard and thus extend the production period, form the skeleton of how we want the shoots of that new year to be born and control the production.
