Seasonal pairing: Winter Soups

Join us once again to cook and savor succulent dishes paired with the finest wines. We have soups for every taste and in all their varieties. Our chef, Annette Schroeder, will explain and cook four recipes, which we’ll then pair with our wines.


Activity Includes: Cooking/Pairing Workshop: 4 dishes + 4 wines.

Duration: 2.5 hours.

  • Morning at 10:30 a.m.
  • Evening at 6:30 p.m.


The menu to be cooked will be as follows:

  • Red Lentil Soup in Curry with Tomato and Coconut Milk. Warm spices with a spicy touch of curry, the richness of lentil protein, and a silky finish with coconut milk. A flavorful vegan soup.

  • Kale and Spinach Cream with Hazelnuts. Iron, minerals, and all the vitamins you need this season in a cream with a crunch of caramelized hazelnuts.

  • Pumpkin Soup with Maple Syrup. Delicious combination of sweet and savory flavors. Reminiscences of sunlight in every bite.

  • Norwegian Fish Soup.The North Sea gives us this gift. We’ll prepare it following the secrets of Nordic fishermen. Caramelized Onion Biscuits for dipping.

The session is taught by chef Annette Schroeder:

Annette has diplomas in food & wine and food critic. She has been dedicated to designing and teaching courses for 12 years in different places such as Singapore, Sweden, USA, Ireland, Mexico, Madrid and for three years also in Barcelona.

She has worked with chefs such as Emanuel Stroobant with 7 Michelin stars and Darina Allen with 40 years of teaching experience.
