Recipe: Bouquet d’Alella Ancestral Mataró Spritz

Sunset Among the Vines at Bouquet d’Alella are the new trendy events of this summer.

For the past few weeks, the work to structure, coordinate, set up, and create the perfect atmosphere for these gatherings has been constant. Vibra is planning every detail so you can enjoy the sunset among vineyards, friends, music, gastronomy, our wines, our cocktails, and more surprises.

As part of the preparations, we held a cocktail workshop with Bouquet d’Alella wines. The session was not only fun but also delicious. We created, tasted, and refined each cocktail to have them ready down to the last detail. Yes, we tasted them all! And refined them until we reached the sweet spot.

Here’s a taste of what awaits you at the afternoon gatherings among the vineyards with this recipe for Bouquet d’Alella Ancestral Mataró Spritz.
